FAQs
Do you include copywriting?
No, I can recommend a copywriter to work with or provide a guided copywriting workbook if you want to write it yourself. All copy must be provided before our chosen start date.
Do I have to have a logo before working with you on a website?
Yes, for my Website in a Week service I do require you to already have a logo at the very least. If you have a logo, but no color palettes or fonts, you can add my Branding Basics add-on package where I will create these for you. If you want a full brand created, I recommend my Custom Brand and Website Design Package!
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes! Based on the package you choose and cost of the final project, I provide payment plans ranging from 2-4 installments.
What if I can't get all my content to you before our start date?
I do require all copy, images, and logo files (for Website in a Week) to be submitted 72 hours before we begin. If you absolutely cannot get these submitted by then, we will reschedule the project to a later date.
What's not included in the cost of a website build?
The cost of the domain, cost of the hosting plan, and any additional 3rd party integration costs (i.e. email marketing, scheduling, etc.) are not provided in the total project cost and will need to be paid for by you separately.
